We will post orders as soon as possible.
Items ordered on weekends or bank holidays will be posted the next available working day.
We post most parcels via signed for mail and standard mail. You have the option at checkout which you prefer. we advise that you choose the signed for mail option..
We will email you once we have Dispatched your order. Once you receive this email it means your parcel is on it's way to the post office. We may send the dispatched email late in the evening for orders placed that evening or at the weekend. This means your order is packed up and ready to go to the post office first thing the following morning.
If you are out when the item arrives via royal mail or a courier, you will need to arrange a new delivery date directly with them. If you fail to arrange a new delivery date and the parcel is returned to us, it will not be sent out again until additional postage cost are paid.
